- Provide comprehensive support to account managers in managing client accounts and ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Utilize knowledge of the healthcare industry to effectively communicate with and understand the needs of clients
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise with client accounts
- Analyze data and metrics to track and report on the success of client accounts and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform strategies for client support and growth
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures for managing client accounts
- Train and mentor new account management team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Account Management Or Customer Support In A Healthcare Setting.
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Crm Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Health Insurance Plans, Including Medicare And Medicaid.
