  1. Provide support to Account Managers in managing client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  2. Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and implement strategic account plans to meet client needs and goals.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and solutions in order to effectively support Account Managers and address client inquiries.
  4. Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the company's services and solutions.
  6. Coordinate with internal departments and teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
  7. Monitor client accounts and identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to effectively support clients and provide guidance to Account Managers.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks that may impact client relationships.
  12. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient communication flow.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  14. Attend meetings and conferences as needed to represent the company and build relationships with clients.
  15. Uphold the company's mission and values while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Crm Software.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Account Management Role.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Experience Working In The Healthcare Industry Preferred.
