- Provide support to Account Managers in managing client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and implement strategic account plans to meet client needs and goals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and solutions in order to effectively support Account Managers and address client inquiries.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the company's services and solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
- Monitor client accounts and identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to effectively support clients and provide guidance to Account Managers.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks that may impact client relationships.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient communication flow.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Attend meetings and conferences as needed to represent the company and build relationships with clients.
- Uphold the company's mission and values while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Crm Software.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Account Management Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Experience Working In The Healthcare Industry Preferred.
