
Senior Project Manager
The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team. We’re looking for an experienced professional with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can take ownership of HUD's project portfolio and ensure successful completion of projects.The successful candidate will possess the enthusiasm and drive to get the job done and provide exceptional leadership to project teams. They should have a proven track record of successful project management in the public sector, preferably with large-scale projects and complex stakeholder environments.The ideal candidate will be a team player and have a high degree of professionalism, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. They should also be able to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, while maintaining high standards of quality and delivering results.We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, experience leading large teams, and experience with the negotiation of contracts. A Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
