Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Data Analyst who is an experienced professional, able to contribute to our goal of improving the lives of Americans through successful housing and development programs. This role requires an individual who is highly-organized, detail-oriented, and able to think critically to solve complex problems. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and have a commitment to providing excellent customer service. To be successful in this role, you must have:

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze financial data to identify trends and create reports for HUD staff.
  2. Utilize financial models and analysis to inform HUD decisions.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data is collected and analyzed.
  4. Monitor HUD programs and identify areas of improvement or opportunities for growth.
  5. Develop and implement strategies for improving the efficiency of financial processes.
  6. Provide customer service to HUD staff and stakeholders.
  7. Document financial data and analyze results for accuracy.
  8. Present financial data and findings to relevant staff and stakeholders.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial trends and regulations.
  10. Liaise with external financial institutions and stakeholders.
