Responsibilities: • Provide expert legal advice and direction on complex legal issues related to administrative law • Utilize a strong understanding of administrative law to provide guidance on housing and urban development issues • Maintain a J.D. from an accredited law school and have at least two years of professional legal experience • Participate in HUD’s mission to create strong, sustainable, inclusive communities and quality affordable homes for all Americans • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with applicable administrative laws • Research and analyze current legislative and regulatory changes, and interpret their impact on HUD operations • Advise senior management on legal matters and provide legal opinions
Juris Doctor Degree
