
Training and Curriculum Specialist
The U.S. Department of Defense seeks a highly talented and experienced Training and Curriculum Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully designing and delivering training content, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design training materials, programs, and curricula that support the Department of Defense's mission.
- Collaborate with senior staff and other stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
- Create and implement effective training programs to support the mission.
- Develop, review, and revise training materials and curricula to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain training databases and other records.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to staff on training issues.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to facilitate the sharing of resources.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to training and curriculum development.
- Create and deliver presentations, workshops, and other training sessions.
