
Instructional Systems Specialist

They will also have the ability to work independently and collaborate with others to meet deadlines.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in instructional design, instructional technology, education, or a related field. You must also have experience creating and developing learning content, designing training materials, and evaluating training programs. Additionally, you must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Responsibilities:
• Develop, design, and evaluate instructional materials and learning content
• Create training materials in accordance with educational technology solutions • Analyze instructional needs and design instructional solutions in alignment with organizational goals • Research and develop innovative instructional strategies and instructional materials • Utilize project management skills to develop timelines and meet deadlines • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful completion of tasks • Utilize problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to identify and resolve instructional design issues • Prepare reports and provide feedback on learning activities and program effectiveness • Monitor the progress of participants and evaluate training programs for effectiveness • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices
