Human Resource Specialist
Assists with the administration of the company’s HR procedures and policies. Assists with recruiting and: maintains requisition log; pre-screens candidates; coordinates interviews with candidates for hiring managers; posts employment ads . Revises and updates job descriptions to include appropriate essential duties, physical demands, work environment. Prepares general HR correspondence including, reports, schedules, confidential materials, verifications of employment, unemployment insurance responses.
3-5 years related HR experience
Ability to work in a high demand, team oriented, and fast-paced environment
Ability to generate & write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
