1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of natural and organic products.
2. Ensure efficient and timely processing of orders and maintain accurate inventory levels.
3. Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
4. Monitor and enforce safety regulations, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
