  1. Design and implement network solutions that meet the company's business needs and objectives.
  2. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  3. Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies to improve network performance and security.
  5. Conduct regular network audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  6. Evaluate, recommend, and implement network hardware and software upgrades as needed.
  7. Provide guidance and support to junior network engineers and other IT staff.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network technology, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  9. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and network emergencies.
  10. Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of network issues and maintenance.
  11. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for the network infrastructure.
  12. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to network security and data privacy.
  13. Train end-users on best practices for network usage and security.
  14. Collaborate with the security team to monitor and mitigate network security threats.
  15. Maintain and enforce network policies and procedures to ensure network security and reliability.
  16. Conduct regular network performance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  17. Proactively identify and address potential network vulnerabilities and risks.
  18. Manage network capacity planning and make recommendations for network expansion as needed.
  19. Lead network-related projects, including planning, execution, and documentation.
  20. Continuously evaluate and improve network processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Complex Network Infrastructures, With A Minimum Of 5 Years In A Senior Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Network Protocols, Such As Tcp/Ip, Mpls, Bgp, Ospf, And Vlans.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Troubleshooting Large-Scale Network Issues And Outages.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Security Principles And Experience Implementing And Maintaining Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Other Security Measures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
