  1. Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and other key performance indicators, to identify areas of opportunity and risk.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
  4. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and track financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  6. Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate potential business strategies and their impact on financial performance.
  7. Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform financial analysis and planning.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial analysis and reporting.
  9. Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  10. Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed.
  12. Stay compliant with all financial and accounting regulations and standards.
  13. Mentor and train junior financial analysts as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.

  • Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Forecasting, As Well As Experience With Financial Planning Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Financial Information To Both Financial And Non-Financial Stakeholders.
