- Accurately and efficiently select and pack products for shipment to customers.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment and handling products.
- Utilize computer systems to accurately track and process orders.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with inventory management and organization to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety.

Experience With Order Picking: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Warehouse Or Distribution Center Environment, With A Strong Understanding Of Order Picking Processes And Technology.
Physical Fitness And Stamina: The Job Of An Order Selector Requires Frequent Lifting, Bending, And Standing For Long Periods Of Time. Candidates Should Be Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Attention To Detail: Accuracy Is Crucial In The Role Of An Order Selector, As They Are Responsible For Ensuring The Correct Products And Quantities Are Picked And Loaded For Each Customer Order.
Forklift Certification: A Valid Forklift Certification Is Required For This Position, As Order Selectors Will Be Responsible For Operating Forklifts And Other Equipment In The Warehouse.
Strong Teamwork And Communication Skills: An Effective Order Selector Must Be Able To Work Well With Others In A Fast-Paced Environment, Communicate Clearly With Team Members And Supervisors, And Contribute To A Positive Work Culture.
