- Train and supervise inventory management team members to ensure they are performing their duties effectively.
- Communicate inventory updates and issues to relevant stakeholders, including management and sales teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management to continuously improve processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency.
- Monitor and report on inventory metrics, such as turnover rate, stock levels, and lead times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, related to inventory management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Inventory Management, Preferably In The Food Distribution Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Inventory Control Techniques And Best Practices.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Inventory Management Strategies To Optimize Efficiency And Reduce Costs.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
