1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all equipment and machinery, including but not limited to conveyor systems, forklifts, and packaging machines.
2. Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine the appropriate course of action for repairs.
4. Order and maintain an inventory of necessary parts and equipment for repairs and replacements.
5. Collaborate with other team members to devise and implement preventative maintenance plans.
6. Ensure all equipment is in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
7. Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed, as well as any issues or concerns.
8. Communicate effectively with management and other team members to provide updates on equipment status and maintenance needs.
9. Continuously seek out ways to improve equipment performance and efficiency.
10. Follow all company policies and procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to safety protocols.
11. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in equipment maintenance techniques.
12. Train and mentor new team members on equipment maintenance procedures and protocols.
13. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and equipment.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
