Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EHS Partner to join our team and help us maintain our commitment to safety and sustainability. In this role, you will work closely with our employees, vendors, and customers to ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations. As an EHS Partner, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our company and the communities we serve. We are looking for someone with a strong background in EHS management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.   1. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the organization.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to employees and management on EHS best practices and regulations.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs for employees on topics such as hazard communication, emergency response, and personal protective equipment.
  6. Monitor and report on EHS metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for all EHS-related inquiries and concerns.
  8. Maintain relationships with external agencies, staying current on EHS regulations and updates.
  9. Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing preventative measures.
  10. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans to mitigate potential hazards.
  11. Communicate regularly with vendors and customers to ensure compliance with EHS standards.
  12. Participate in the development and maintenance of emergency response plans.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in EHS management practices.
  14. Represent the company in EHS-related meetings and events.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that prioritizes safety and sustainability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ehs Management, Preferably In A Distribution Or Warehouse Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Workplace Safety, Environmental Protection, And Hazardous Materials Handling.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Ehs Protocols And Procedures.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Ehs Programs And Initiatives, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Risk Reduction.
