- Keep track of inventory levels and ensure products are available for customer orders.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to orders.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate and improve order management processes to increase efficiency.
- Monitor and report on customer order trends and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Assist with training new team members and providing support to other departments when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient order processing.
- Uphold UNFI's commitment to sustainability by following eco-friendly practices in order management.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to natural and organic products.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing job duties.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Order Management Or Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Vendors, And Internal Teams.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Order Management Software.
Knowledge Of Food Industry And Supply Chain Processes, Including Inventory Management, Logistics, And Fulfillment.
