1. Process and review incoming invoices and payments to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
2. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation is in place.
3. Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
5. Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve any outstanding balances.
6. Prepare and process weekly, monthly, and yearly reports for management.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
8. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to internal controls.
9. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
10. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
11. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
12. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
13. Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments to ensure timely resolution.
14. Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.
15. Act as a valuable team member by sharing knowledge and providing support to colleagues.
