Job Description

The role liaises with multiple internal & external organizations as well as vendors to support initiative execution through dotted line working relationships –structure changes by initiative. Supporting initiative intake and creating intake best practices. Defining initiative scope and objectives as well as predicting resources needed. Developing and managing detailed initiative schedules. Providing consistent updates to various stakeholders about approach, adjustments, and progress. Monitoring initiative progress, routing content, and engaging stakeholders as needed. Transforming unstructured pieces of information into clear plans. Proactively finding opportunities for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of project management or relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth

  • Experience working with Brand, Marketing, Communications, or related team

  • Ability to oversee and track at least 25 separate initiatives at any given time
