
Project Manager – Human Resources
The Project Manager role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of large-scale projects or programs, from project initiation through planning, execution, closing, monitoring/controlling, and change management. Builds and tracks project ROI and key success measures. Applies knowledge and data to resolve process issues/problems. Helps to identify and effectively engage project resources as needed. Influences and communicates with stakeholders to ensure that projects meet the established objectives. Ensures project delivery on time, on budget and the outcomes successfully achieve the goal. Solicits and analyzes feedback to identify and implement lessons learned. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan,and may facilitate customer acceptance.
Experience in managing User Acceptance Testing processes
A minimum of 3-5 years of direct project management experience on cross-functional projects
Planning and Organizing skills, in a fast-paced environment with regularly shifting priorities
PMP; Six Sigma Green Belt, SPHR preferred
Knowledge of HR Operations/Programs preferred
