Job Description

Help define, refine, and build a repeatable, scalable global recruiting process for varying candidate workstreams (high-volume, professional, campus, etc.). Identify and recommend processes, programs and platforms improvements. With direction from HR leadership, implement into the TA implement to effectively and efficiently identify, source, screen and hire qualified candidates worldwide. Control the intake and prioritization of TA systems and process-related projects in partnership with the IT and TA teams. Ensure all internal users of United’s TA processes, systems and platforms are equipped to use them to their fullest capability. In partnership with our Talent Development team, ensure users are competent and comfortable using all available features and adhering to all required processes. Create operational reporting mechanisms and a strong TA data foundation.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience with affirmative action plans related to tracking obligations and data reporting

  • 2+ years of Program/Project Mgmt. experience

  • Demonstrated understanding of best practice end-to-end recruitment process methodologies and enabling platforms.

  • Experience directly managing third party recruitment/human resources service partners.
