Diversity Sourcing Manager

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is at the heart of everything that we do at United. This Sourcing leader will have a passion for DEI that will play the critical role of developing and implementing United’s Diversity Recruitment Strategy. Effectively articulate a compelling value proposition and business strategy to both diverse prospects and candidates with the goal of building both a passive and active pipeline of talent for recruiters to leverage with their hiring managers. Conduct interviews/screenings, assist with intake meetings and candidate debriefs. Must display a balance of technical sourcing skills and business acumen with the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs. Research, Identify and build relationships with diverse vendors, programs and networks in the market that will assist United in attracting and creating a funnel of diverse talent, specifically in niche, management level roles.
