Job Description

Works directly with vendors/record keepers on a daily basis; juggling multiple priorities and responding to high volume of emails, cases and calls to provide time-sensitive response turn-around. Proactively identifies, diagnoses and resolves retirement benefits administration issues. Responsible for ongoing audit and performing daily/routine reporting tasks to ensure retirement plan compliance. Completes data analysis and reporting to provide critical reviews related to retirement plans, the Retirement and Time Off team along with broader Total Rewards organization. Prepares frequent wire payments for timely contribution processing. Drafts written procedures to support execution of benefits administration support tasks such as contribution processing, exception report review, etc.

Job Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of experience with retirement plan benefits administration

  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team environment required

  • Ability to handle multiple, diverse tasks in a high stress work atmosphere required

  • Understanding interpersonal relationships and team dynamics
