Job Description

As a Product Developer at UNIQLO, you'll have the exciting opportunity to play an instrumental role in creating and developing our innovative product line. We are seeking a creative and driven individual to join our team and help us continue to be a global leader in fashion retail.The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong sense of design and product development, along with a keen eye for trend identification. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and be able to manage multiple projects at once.The successful applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design or related field, and a minimum of three years of professional experience in product development and design. It is essential that you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about product development and excited to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop innovative products for UNIQLO.
  2. Identify and analyze current trends in fashion retail.
  3. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a variety of stakeholders.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Develop and maintain strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. Think strategically and proactively to achieve desired results.
  7. Monitor product development and design progress.
  8. Create and implement strategies to improve efficiency of product development and design.
  9. Ensure adherence to quality standards.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
