Job Description

We at UNIQLO are looking for an experienced and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing, procurement and management of a wide variety of products and services for the company. You must be able to develop and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure that all purchases comply with applicable laws and regulations.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for detail. You should have a minimum of five years of experience in procurement, have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other procurement software.If you think you have the experience, qualifications and drive to join our team, please apply today!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  2. Negotiate contracts and ensure all purchases comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Research and analyze potential vendors and suppliers.
  4. Prepare and submit purchase orders, purchase requisitions and other related documents.
  5. Monitor delivery of products and services to ensure timely arrival.
  6. Resolve any vendor or invoice disputes.
  7. Develop and maintain a database of approved vendors and suppliers.
  8. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant industry trends and regulations.
  9. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activity.
  10. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
