At UNIQLO, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Loss Prevention Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong problem solving and communication skills, as they will be responsible for maintaining the safety of our customers and employees, as well as protecting our store’s inventory. We are seeking a self-starting individual who is able to work independently while providing friendly customer service.The successful applicant should have at least 1 year of experience in loss prevention, strong observational skills, and a valid security license. They should also have knowledge of security protocols and procedures, as well as experience with CCTV systems. Responsibilites:

  1. Ensure the safety and security of customers and employees in the store.
  2. Monitor CCTV systems and observe customer and employee behavior for any signs of theft or suspicious activity.
  3. Implement loss prevention policies and procedures to reduce the risk of theft and other security issues.
  4. Respond to security incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Investigate potential incidents of theft and other security issues.
  6. Interact with customers and employees in a polite and friendly manner.
  7. Report any suspicious activity to the management team.
  8. Maintain accurate records of all security incidents.
  9. Keep up to date with all security protocols and procedures.
  10. Perform regular security checks and patrols throughout the store.
