Loss Prevention Officer

UNIQLO is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preventing losses, detecting and deterring theft, and providing a safe environment for our customers and team members. Responsibilities: • Monitor customers and team members for suspicious behavior in stores and other areas of the business • Identify and investigate cases of shoplifting, theft, and other fraudulent activity • Utilize surveillance systems to detect and deter theft • Maintain a visible presence in the store to deter theft and other criminal activity • Respond quickly to emergency situations and customer inquiries • Write detailed reports of incidents and investigations • Maintain knowledge of store layout, products, and security protocols • Cooperate with law enforcement and other agencies in criminal investigations • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies • Provide customer service and assistance to customers and team members
