Loss Prevention Officer

We are looking for an experienced and driven Loss Prevention Officer to join the UNIQLO team. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will be responsible for protecting our company's assets against theft and loss. You must be well-organized and have excellent communication skills to ensure the safety and security of our customers and employees. You should have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role and possess a valid security guard license. The ideal candidate will be able to think quickly and respond calmly in emergency situations. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor customer and employee activity to prevent theft and loss of company assets.
2. Investigate losses and suspicious activity.
3. Report all incidents of theft, vandalism, and other security issues to the UNIQLO management team.
4. Respond quickly and calmly to emergency situations.
5. Enforce UNIQLO policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of customers and employees.
6. Maintain appropriate records of incidents and investigations.
7. Maintain partnerships with local law enforcement and other security authorities.
8. Work with UNIQLO management to implement loss prevention strategies and techniques.
9. Train new staff members on security procedures and protocols.
10. Perform regular security inspections and audits.
