Job Description

At UNIQLO, we are always looking for innovative, detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about helping drive our business to success. We are currently looking for an Inventory Analyst to join our team and help manage our inventory management processes. This role requires a balance of analytics, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field, and have at least three years of experience in inventory analysis or a related field. In addition, we’re looking for someone who is highly organized with excellent attention to detail, has a strong working knowledge of inventory management and forecasting tools, and is able to work independently and in a team setting. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and monitor inventory management processes according to company standards.
  2. Analyze and report inventory data to identify trends and potential issues.
  3. Use forecasting tools to manage inventory levels and anticipate future needs.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels across all stores.
  5. Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure accurate inventory data.
  6. Monitor and review inventory processes to identify areas of improvement.
  7. Provide regular updates to management on inventory performance.
  8. Monitor stock levels and order new items as needed.
  9. Troubleshoot inventory issues and provide timely resolutions.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
