Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Inventory Analyst to join our UNIQLO team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion merchandise and has a keen eye for detail. Our ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of inventory supply chains and inventory management practices, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role requires the ability to think on their feet, be flexible, and work well under pressure. An in-depth knowledge of fashion trends, fashion retail, and market analysis is a plus. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to handle the pressure of working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are in stock and readily available
  2. Analyze inventory reports and data to identify potential issues and suggest solutions
  3. Develop and execute strategies for inventory management, forecasting, and replenishment
  4. Monitor and review inventory performance metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement
  5. Monitor fashion trends and market analysis to identify potential opportunities
  6. Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
  7. Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels
  8. Monitor and maintain inventory costs and profitability
  9. Prepare and present inventory reports to management
  10. Develop and implement inventory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements
