Job Description

UNIQLO is looking for an experienced Inventory Analyst to join our team! As an Inventory Analyst, you will be an integral part of the planning and operations team, providing timely and accurate inventory analysis and reporting. You will have the opportunity to make an impact by helping to ensure that UNIQLO has the right product, in the right place, at the right time.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in supply chain management, business, operations, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in inventory management and data analysis is also required, as well as strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze inventory levels, trends, and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans accordingly to ensure availability of products.
  3. Prepare accurate and timely inventory reports and analysis for management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and optimize inventory levels.
  5. Develop and implement process improvements to ensure efficient operations.
  6. Monitor inventory control systems and software to ensure data accuracy.
  7. Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  8. Manage inventory audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective action.
  9. Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Inventory Analyst in Hong Kong is between HK$180,000 and HK$420,000 per year. This range is based on the experience and skills of the individual.
