Inventory Analyst

UNIQLO is looking for an experienced and highly organized Inventory Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately tracking and managing the company's inventory, while optimizing the stock levels and ensuring the availability of merchandise. The ideal candidate for this position has a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, with at least three years of inventory management experience. You must also be able to work independently and with a team, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and track inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
2. Develop strategies to optimize stock levels and ensure the availability of merchandise.
3. Ensure accurate data is entered into the inventory system.
4. Monitor and analyze trends in inventory levels to anticipate future needs.
5. Lead and coordinate physical inventory count processes.
6. Research and identify opportunities to minimize stock levels while maintaining customer satisfaction.
7. Analyze inventory data to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities for cost savings.
8. Implement best practices to improve inventory management processes.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.
10. Prepare and present reports on inventory levels, sales trends, and other related information.
