We’re looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer to join the UNIQLO team! You’ll be a key part of our design team, responsible for creating stylish and trend-forward designs that reflect our core values. We’re looking for a driven individual who is eager to learn and grow with us.To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of fashion trends and have a keen eye for detail. We require a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field, as well as 5+ years of professional experience in the fashion industry. You should also have a good portfolio of work to showcase your design capabilities. Responsibilities:
• Develop and design stylish and trend-forward products that reflect UNIQLO's core values.
• Create designs that meet the customer’s needs and adhere to budget restrictions.
• Research current fashion trends and draw inspiration from them.
• Create sketches and digital designs of new fashion items.
• Source fabrics and materials that match the design and budget requirements.
• Create prototypes and samples to demonstrate the design concept.
• Work with other members of the design team to ensure quality of the product.
• Make alterations and adjustments to designs as required.
• Monitor production of designs to ensure that they meet quality and timeline requirements.
• Present designs to clients and stakeholders for approval.
