This individual will be the primary point of contact for the bank's syndication loan activities, providing support and guidance to the bank's internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis and review of syndicated loan documents and transactions.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have an excellent understanding of syndicated loan structures and legal documents, strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external partners.
