Job Description

The Small Business Sales Manager is responsible for the design and execution of an efficient sales and delivery model for Small Business Relationship Managers. This leader manages a team of Small Business Relationship Managers who support specific geographic areas and focuses on the development and retention of profitable small business relationships while helping the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences, and supports the goals and activity around extensive cross-selling to deepen customer relationships. Responsible for coaching to identify opportunities to acquire new business and deepen household relationships through extensive cross-selling. Leads, develops, and maintains a strong relationship with Retail Branch leadership and partners internally and externally. Promote the program through recognition and motivation.

Job Qualifications

Teaching, mentoring, and/or facilitation background is preferred.
5+ years of sales management level experience, along with direct experience in Business/Commercial banking
Understanding of the Small Business segment as well as comprehensive knowledge of Retail Business Banking and Business Lending.
