They should have a proven track record of developing, testing, and debugging Workday integrations, as well as a deep understanding of cloud-based systems and APIs. They should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work collaboratively with other technical and non-technical stakeholders. Finally, they should be able to work independently, possess strong organizational skills, and have a high attention to detail.
