Union Bank is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Credit Risk Specialist to join our dynamic credit risk team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit risk management and loan origination procedures, as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. As a Senior Credit Risk Specialist, you will have the opportunity to analyze loan portfolios, evaluate credit risk, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies. If you have advanced knowledge of commercial banking and credit risk management, and a genuine desire to help Union Bank grow and succeed, this could be the perfect role for you.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field• At least 5 years of experience in a credit risk management role• Thorough knowledge of commercial banking regulations and procedures• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data• Superior problem-solving and decision-making capabilities• Proven ability to develop effective strategies for mitigating risk• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
