Job Description

Daily Production Workflow (which includes daily Quality Assurance tasks). Action on and manage received party data in a fast-paced environment. Analyze data within PCR in order to perform proper matching of party data. Ability to identify issues, problem solve, and escalate as necessary in simple and straightforward manner to internal clients. Complete daily and monthly reporting as well as meet monthly SLA’s. Participate in system testing as required, developing and maintaining test scripts and coordinating testing activities. Work within the application as well as working backlog items outside of the system. Create and maintain ad-hoc reports on customer data for various departments in the bank. Investigate and resolve inaccuracies between applications relating to customer party data. Documents procedures as well as offer and implement suggestions to enhance accuracy and efficiency of the processes.

Job Qualifications
  • At least 2 years client data and risk reporting experience in a financial institution with products and operations

  • Solid understanding of business activities, compliance / risk issues

  • Second language is a plus (Spanish/Portuguese/Japanese)

  • Solid knowledge of Data governance
