Risk Management & Controls, Vice President

We’re looking for an experienced Risk Management & Controls Vice President to join our team at Union Bank. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Risk Management & Controls team. You’ll lead the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of risk management and control processes, as well as ensure regulatory compliance.To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in risk management, internal controls, and financial services. You should also have a proven ability to develop and manage high-performing teams.We’re looking for someone who is a strong leader but also has a collaborative and communicative approach.
