Union Bank is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Controls Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing business and application controls, as well as providing analytical support and guidance to internal departments.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field and at least three years of experience in a related role. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills. You should also have experience with process documentation and development methodologies, as well as in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), database concepts, and system security principles.If you have a passion for creating and maintaining efficient business and application controls, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
