Process Analyst

At Union Bank, we are looking for an experienced Process Analyst who is passionate about problem solving, data analysis, and process optimization. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the financial sector and is driven to improve the customer experience.The Process Analyst will apply analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and implement process improvement initiatives. This individual will identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in process analysis, process optimization, and/or data analysis. In addition, you must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
