Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Software Engineer to join Union Bank's engineering team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and technical leader with excellent communication skills and a deep knowledge of software engineering. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will have a direct impact on the direction of our software development projects, providing guidance and technical expertise to our engineering teams.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of software engineering principles, as well as experience leading technical teams. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and development• Proven success leading technical teams and projects• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Working knowledge of web application development and related technologies• Experience with automated testing and DevOps• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentIf you have a passion for engineering and a commitment to excellence, we would love to hear from you!
