Job Description

Serve as the subject matter expert for the journey you've developed. Capture market intelligence (customer pain-points, competitive landscape, industry trends) to inform the roadmap. Collaborate with lines of business to understand business goals and priorities, and gain alignment and consensus on the product roadmap. Collaborate with design, technology, marketing, and operations teams to successfully meet release and delivery deadlines of new functionalities. Work closely with the Agile development team, and prioritize to execute roadmap in the most efficient way. Actively mitigate impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and “own” journey analytics to continuously improve customer experience and prioritize roadmap and backlog. Partner with control functions to ensure the journey adheres to all legal and compliance requirements.

Job Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a project coordinator, product innovator/developer, or product owner of digital products
At least 1 year of experience as a product owner/manager, preferably in financial services
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles; experience with JIRA/Aha preferred
Able to collaborate with a variety of leaders of varying management levels across business lines
MBA is a plus.
