At Union Bank, we are looking for an experienced Compliance Analyst to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their work and has an in-depth understanding of the regulations and compliance requirements of the banking industry.The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating compliance with legal and regulatory standards and identifying areas of non-compliance. The ideal candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.To be successful in this role, you must hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or economics, and have a minimum of two years of experience in the banking industry. Additionally, you must have a working knowledge of the banking industry regulations and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
