Client Onboarding Analyst

Review of new counterparties to ensure all pre-trade documentation is received and completed we well as ongoing maintenance of existing counterparties. Facilitate the regulatory onboarding of new derivative and FX counterparties in an efficient, compliant and client-centric manner. Liaise with various teams across functions to ensure pre-trade compliance (legal, operations, compliance, etc.). Coordinate with client and sales to obtain required onboarding documentation. Manage electronic and paper onboarding processes to ensure regulatory compliance. Facilitate ISDA protocol Adherence Letter and Questionnaires. Proactively seek out opportunities to learn and understand how applicable regulations affect GMDA’s regulatory obligations and the way in which business is carried out. Support ongoing regulatory and strategic initiatives within the Onboarding space. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and quarterly onboarding reports.
