Job Description

In this role you will serve as a bridge between technology teams and the business, and focus on analyzing, documenting, and validating business needs in relation to functionality and reporting needs of our Technology Delivery & Portfolio Management Platform. Participate in the analysis of client needs Advise clients in the choice of functionalities. Support clients in validating and understanding the analysis. Communicate client requirements in functional specifications to the development team. Participate in quality control and ensure the integrity of information. Participate in the implementation of the solution. Train and support clients in the use of the solution.

Job Qualifications

Experience in the banking or finance industries preferred
Minimum of 5-6 years' experience as Business Analyst
Experience creating mocks ups, data flow diagrams, process diagram, project plan, and charters
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (tableau - nice to have)
