
Business Analyst, HR Systems
In this role you will serve as a bridge between technology teams and the business, and focus on analyzing, documenting, and validating business needs in relation to system functionality. You will learn about the financial industry, the products, the risks and how to comply with the corporate and regulatory agencies. Listen to client to understand their needs and priorities. Support clients in validating and understanding the analysis. Communicate client requirements in functional specifications to the development team. Participate in quality control and ensure the integrity of information. Participate in the implementation of the solution. Document the different solutions implemented (business rules, flow rules, schematics, user documentation, etc.).
Ability to work independently or within a team for problem resolution
