Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Analyst, CLO Structuring to join our Union Bank team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing CLO and other structured finance transactions. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to gain invaluable experience in the structured finance markets while contributing to the overall success of the bank.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in structured finance transactions. You will also need to have an in-depth understanding of the CLO market and strong financial modeling skills.
