  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse and secondary logistics operations for Unilever, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and distribution.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse and logistics processes, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
  3. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the warehouse and during transportation of goods.
  4. Lead and manage a team of warehouse and logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality performance.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and production, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external logistics partners to ensure smooth and efficient transportation of goods.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements and innovations in warehouse and logistics operations.
  9. Manage budget and expenses related to warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
  10. Uphold Unilever's commitment to sustainability by implementing environmentally friendly practices and promoting responsible sourcing and transportation of goods.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Warehouse Management And Secondary Logistics Operations.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Oversee A Large Team And Drive Performance.

  • Knowledge Of Warehouse And Inventory Management Systems, As Well As Experience With Transportation And Distribution Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Optimizing Warehouse Operations, Reducing Costs, And Improving Efficiency In A Fast-Paced Environment.
