  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase market share in assigned territory.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Utilize strong sales skills to negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives.
  6. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to stay informed of industry trends and make informed business decisions.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, serving as the main point of contact for all their needs.
  9. Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's products and services.
  10. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to management.
  11. Continuously seek out opportunities for business development and expansion within the assigned territory.
  12. Stay updated on industry developments and changes in consumer behavior to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
  14. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate new leads.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Relevant Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Territories Or Regions.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Market Data To Identify Growth Opportunities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Distributors And Retailers.
