- Lead the procurement process for all assets related to Unilever's sustainable and innovative products.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the company's mission and goals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and value for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand asset needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of assets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and sustainability goals.
- Communicate and report on sourcing activities to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in supplier performance evaluations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in strategic sourcing.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues and risks in the sourcing process.
- Train and mentor junior sourcing team members.
- Support and contribute to the overall success of Unilever's mission and goals.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Sourcing Or Procurement, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Negotiating Contracts With Suppliers To Achieve Cost Savings And Quality Improvements.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Demand Planning, Inventory Management, And Logistics.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Opportunities For Process Improvements And Cost Savings.
